With over a decade’s experience in healing arts, she utilizes the frameworks of Integrated Somatic Inquiry, various Yoga & meditation practices, Human Design, and Astrology, and German New medicine, among others.

Ellen has guided people from all backgrounds and co-founded the German New Medicine Collective, a community for exploring the root causes of illness and healing. Her work bridges the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of health and vitality, helping individuals connect to their power and express authentically.
