Rooted in her early connection to nature, Ellen continues to be inspired by the rhythms of the land, herbal medicine, and earth-based healing. With over a decade’s experience in healing arts, she weaves tools from Integrated Somatic Inquiry, Human Design, and German New Medicine, among others.

Ellen has guided leaders and creatives in building start-ups and co-founded the German New Medicine Collective, a community for exploring the root causes of illness and healing. Her work bridges the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of health and vitality, helping individuals connect to their power and express authentically.
